HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR CLEANING APPOINTMENT

To help us help you, before one of our trusted technicians come to your home for your cleaning appointment, make sure to leave a space in front of your house for one of our vans. Additionally, we would greatly appreciate if you could vacuum the carpets beforehand to pick up any large objects.

As well, if you need to make any changes to the appointment time or day, let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange the best time for you!

Drying time typically ranges from 4 to 8 hours, depending on factors like carpet type, room temperature, and airflow. We recommend keeping the area well-ventilated and avoiding foot traffic until fully dry.
  • Wait Until Fully Dry: Avoid walking on the carpet until it’s completely dry to prevent re-soiling and preserve the clean finish.
  • Use Area Rugs & Mats: Place rugs or mats at entrances and high-traffic areas to reduce dirt and wear.
  • Vacuum Regularly: Keep dirt and debris from settling in by vacuuming at least once or twice a week.
  • Spot Clean Spills Immediately: Blot (don’t rub!) any new spills with a clean cloth and mild solution to prevent stains from setting.
